What is affirmative action?
Affirmative action is a law that makes sure that there is a certain qouta of minorities and women in campus's and work offices. Affirmative action prevents discrimination in the United States. It prevents discrimination against colored people, and minority groups. It gives equal opportunites to all women, and minority living in the US.

Critics say that diversity is desirable and won't always occur in work places and universities. Affirmative action allows people to study and work despite their race and gender. Some stereotypes provent students of the minority provent them to get the education they deserve. Affirmative action is argued to have changed to reverse discrimination.
